Appointment Confirmation Letter (appointment received by email);

The amount of the service fees amounts to 6450.00 DA as stated in the payment slip to be edited.
Is it possible to pay on behalf of the visa applicant?
The presence at the counter, of the visa applicant, is compulsory with the exception of children, husband or wife who can be represented by the head of the family (husband or wife).
