It is a remote banking solution that allows customers to access their accounts via the internet.
The BDL e-banking service is intended exclusively for customers of the the Local Development Bank (BDL), Individuals, Professionals and Companies.
The BDL e-banking service allows you to:
Manage all of your accounts from your computer, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, and as often as you wish;
Consult all your transactions: History over a period of 30 days;
Carry out a search and find the operation that interests you;
Download your statements in Excel, PDF or CSV formats;
Send your transfer and direct debit files securely;
Sign your transfer and/or direct debit orders;
View the status of your transfer and/or direct debit orders;
Download files (unpaid files, transaction notices);
Receive personal messages from your Bank;
Consult the list of bank branches;
Order your checkbook.
Yes, access to the service is secure. All the data you exchange with your bank will be encrypted using a 128-bit SSL certificate. You can see this by seeing a padlock at the bottom right of your browser.
If this is your first connection to the service, you must change the password assigned to you;
Enter your subscriber number which was given to you by your agency, as well as your password on the virtual keyboard using your mouse then validate.
NB: The virtual keyboard is used to reinforce security. It is a graphical interface allowing to enter the confidential access code using the mouse.
The Customer, domiciled at the bank must complete a form for the choice of packs.
An identifier and a code will be issued to the customer after registration at the agency level.
The customer must change the password after his first connection to the BDL e-banking account.
Transfer the salary payment file (reserved for Business customers) in the vertical menu bar on the left of the screen; you have access to the transfer service as shown in the figure below. This concerns the transfer of payment files and direct debits. s of transfers
By clicking on "File Transfer" in the menu area, you will view the new services to which you have subscribed.
These are the following services:
Sending files (or "Send" in the left menu)
Files available (or "Download" in the left menu)
Signing of batches.

The “Download” service allows you to view the status of each transfer or direct debit order made (statement of unpaid/operated);
This file is sent to you by your bank after having carried out the bank processing of your sent transfer/direct debit files (your remittances). It allows you to view the status of transfer orders;
Click on “Download” then on the link corresponding to the file you wish to download. A save window will automatically open for you to save your files back.
