What is it?

The BDL merchant web offer allows merchants (or other service providers) to be able to sell their products and services on the Internet by accepting payment by CIB and EDAHABIA card. This process, commonly called « e-payment », also allows online bill payment.

The web merchant integration process is intended primarily for merchants but may also concern any other online sales entity, or service provider that can be paid online..

24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays;
Any CIB card regardless of the bank and EDAHABIA of Algérie Poste;
Possibility of remote monitoring of receipts via the BDL's e-banking offer.
Types of cards accepted

By becoming a web merchant, you can collect your online sales from any type of CIB card issued by all banks in Algeria as well as the EDAHABIA card from Algeria Post.

The permanent transfer is intended for any natural or legal person holding a BDL account.
The permanent transfer allows you to:

  • Pay your rent, settle your debts and also your bills to your suppliers;
  • Pay alimony or subsidize the needs of your wife, children or family;
  • Fund your own account (example: order a transfer from the BDL savings account to your BDL checking account or other).
When you subscribe to permanent transfer, you have the possibility of benefiting from:
  • A CIB BDL interbank card;
  • An e-banking account;
  • A savings account with or without remuneration;
  • El Amane insurance;
  • Coupling-clipping.
To benefit from the permanent transfer that the BDL makes available to you, all you have to do is go to one of the Bank's commercial branches closest to you in order to subscribe to the permanent service of the BDL by filling out a subscription form.
Yes, when you subscribe to the BDL permanent transfer service, you must pay 1,000 DA contract fees.
The operation of the permanent transfer comes into force from the date of signature and delivery of the form (contract).
The contract is valid until it is terminated by the customer concerned.
Indeed, the customer's account must be domiciled at the Banque de Développement Local - BDL.
No, the permanent transfer is not maintained if the authorizing account is not funded. You must ensure that the funds in your account are sufficient. Otherwise, the transfer order may be rejected.

Yes, the transfer can be ordered for the benefit of a CCP account like any other external type transfer to a beneficiary domiciled in another bank.

The operation of the permanent transfer is as follows:
