Travel insurance allows the traveler to benefit from 24/7 care and assistance in case of an accident, illness or hospitalization abroad. It exempts the insured from any advancement of costs and also covers their medical and pharmaceutical costs.

It is an insurance that covers the customer against any bodily injury that may occur as a result of an accident or illness during a personal or professional trip abroad.
By accident is meant “any bodily injury, unintentional on the part of the insured, and resulting from the sudden action of an external cause”.
Illness means "any deterioration in health observed by a competent medical authority".

Any natural person under the age of 85 wishing to travel to a foreign country can subscribe to the “Travel Insurance” contract for the entire duration of their stay..
Persons over 85 years of age are issued with a certificate of non-insurance.

It is calculated on the basis
• From the duration of stay;
• From the country of destination.

The Agreement takes effect from the date chosen by the subscriber, this date is given in the special conditions.
The Agreement does not take effect until the departure of the insured until the expiry date set in the contract.
The insured is only covered on the soil of the country of destination and is not covered on Algerian territory, even if the date of occurrence of a claim is included in the contract.
The Agreements ceases to produce its effects on the expiry date of the contract indicated on the special conditions. (Even if the insured is still in a foreign country)
