The Local Development Bank is implementing a regulatory procedure governing the allocation of foreign exchange for resident nationals wishing to travel abroad for personal purposes (excluding pilgrimage). This operation is part of the implementation of Instruction No. 05-2025 from the Bank of Algeria, effective as of July 20, 2025.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/article>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
